Disordered eating and body dissatisfaction keep us from living our life to its fullest.  It creates anxiety, feels out of control, and makes us lose our sense of who we truly are.  We sometimes avoid people, places, and things that we love because we worry we will never be good enough.  Things feel overwhelming and we feel out of control.

Does reconnecting to your positive emotions, healing your relationship with your body and food, and feeling in control of your life seem impossible? Well, the truth is, it is not impossible, and I am here to help!

My approach is rooted in mindfulness therapies. I help you develop practical strategies unique to your strengths. Let’s move past your old beliefs, outdated coping strategies and get control of your emotions so you can finally build the life you want free from disordered eating.  I incorporate mind, body, and spiritual aspects of my client’s life to help them break free from the never-ending cycle of binging. I offer an individual one month Reinventing Resolutions Intensive coaching package, groups, workshops and retreats.

I’ve been a therapist, educator and advocate specializing in eating disorder recovery for over 20 years and am passionate about fostering encouragement, hope and resilience in my clients.  I am trained in Clinical Social Work, Psychology and Mindfulness and use this wisdom to help support your recovery.  I enjoy being a resource and presenter educating community groups and the public on the importance of mindfulness, self-care, hope and healing.
