Hi, I'm Dr. Theresa!

I’ve been a coach, therapist, educator and advocate for people who struggle with who they are beyond a lifetime of disordered eating. It is such a complicated struggle, isn’t it? We tell ourselves, “If I just get my eating and body under control, I can be happy” but somehow, it still feels so out of reach. Disordered eating creates anxiety, feels out of control, and makes us lose our sense of who we truly are. We sometimes avoid people, places, and things that we love because we worry we will never be good enough. Things feel overwhelming and we feel out of control. 

 

For the past 20 years I have helped people just like you find a new path moving forward leaving disordered eating and self-critical thoughts in the past. I am passionate about fostering encouragement, hope and resilience in my clients to help them start living their best life today. I am trained in Clinical Social Work, Psychology, Eating Disorders and Mindfulness and use this wisdom to help support your recovery. I offer an individual one-month VIP coaching package, groups, workshops, and retreats. In my Reinventing Resolutions VIP Coaching Intensive we work as a team to identify an obstacle, problem-solve around challenges, and set realistic goals get unstuck and start moving forward.
